Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marymount Manhattan College in 2002. Since that time she has worked with numerous community and social justice groups including Women for Afghan Women and The Jewish Museum. At the same time Rachel, an actress, has worked with Primary Stages, the Beggar's Group, and other New York Theatre companies.

Rachel is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in International Education, with a focus on China, at NYU.
